Our first impression of the hotel was quite terrible. We arrived at 2 am, there were two young men at reception. There were seven of us, so we had booked three rooms but there was a bit of chaos with distribution of the rooms and, moreover, English of the receptionists was very poor. It was quite surprising for us because this is for sure a position, where good knowledge of the foreign language should be required. When we got to the rooms, there were also problem with cards to the room - they did not work, so we could not get to the rooms by ourselves. When we wanted to solve the problem, the only answer we got was "sorry, tomorrow". We solved the problem with cards next morning, but during the stay it happend few more times again. Despite the inconvinience after our arrival, the stay in the hotel was very enjoyable. The food was good (although it could change a little bit more during the week and we missed more kind of fruit). The hotel beach with loungers and beach umbrellas was close to the hotel, the sea was beautiful with clear water, the sand on the beach was quite coarse and the whole beach could be a little bit cleaner. The room service was quite good, sometimes we had to ask for toilet paper and bottles of water. The main thanks belongs to the hotel staff in the restaurant and in the bars (one was by pool and one on the beach) - their services were excellent! They were all very kind, smiling, swift and nothing was problem for them. Overall, the stay in the Bendis Beach Hotel was very nice and we would definitely come back sometimes!
