Bendis Beach Hotel

çalışan arkadaşlar uğraşıyor ilgililer. odamız hep temizdi. ama yemekler kötü. aç kalmamak için yenecek seviyede. patates kızartması makarna gibi basic şeyler bile kötü. ızgara bölümünden doymayı bekliyorsunuz ama bir gün ciğer çıkıyor tadı o kadar kötü ki kediler bile yemedi. bir gün tavuk çıkıyor ama o kadar kemikli ki yenmiyor. bir de fix nugget şinitzel gibi kızartmalar var ve tabii ki bunlar da kötü. kaldığım süre boyunca bir kere balığı beğendim sadece. ızgara bölümünde en azından bir beyaz et bir balık çıkmalı aynı öğünde seçenek asla yok. pide kısmı fena değil bi tek, o da sürekli bitiyor yenilenmesi için 15 dk bekliyorsunuz. snackteki hamburger vasat. yemekler kesinlikle geliştirilmeli çok başarısız ve çeşitsiz. alkoller fena değil. denize iki üç dk yürümeniz gerekiyor. allah aşkına o kadar çalışanınız var biri de sahilin temizliğiyle ilgilenebilir. küçük bir alan var zaten kumsalda. ot çöp dolu. kuma basmak istemedim. tırmıkla bir kere temizlense zaten her gün bu kadar kirlenmez. küçücük alanı temiz tutmak koskoca otel için bu kadar zor olmamalı. her şey dahil otelden beklentim iyi yemek ve deniz olduğu için büyük hayal kırıklığı oldu. aileler için havuz ve etkinlikler iyi görünüyordu. animatörlerden vs memnun gibiydi herkes ama onlar da ilgi alanım değil. ek olarak otelde gezen üç dört tane kedi var. o kadar zayıf ve çelimsizler ki üzüldüm hallerine. koskoca otelde günde ne kadar yemek artıyordur allah bilir. bunlarla hayvanları besleyip 3 kap su koysanız keşke. havuzdan su içiyorlardı onlara da yazık. çalışanlar hızlı ilgili çabalıyorlar belli. daha iyi imkanlar sağlanmalı.

The most horrible holiday we ever had. The food is so poor, for breakfast and dinner always same , they never close the food trays and flies are all over food. All dishes and cups not even proper cleaned. Every day’s food- onion rings, minced meat, chicken nuggets, pasta, sausages, boiled disgusting chicken. The room need proper renovation, rust is everywhere, beed sheets in 2 weeks was changed only once. Only 2 small shops around , nothing to do. Evening entertainments was only few times , with same 15min dance for kids and that’s all. All kids swing is old and broken. This hotel is 2 starts, definitely not 4 stars. If You want to have boring holiday, no good food and stay in middle of nowhere- go in this one.

Eylül ayında eşim ve 6 yaşında oğlum ile konakladık odalar temiz ve güzeldi otelin odalarına ayrılan geniş alan maalesef havuz bölümüne ayrılmamış yeterli şezlong yoktu akşam yemeği masa koymak işin şezlong kaldırımı başlıyor saat 4 te gelip kaldıracağız kalkın artık diyorlar garsonlar çok ilgisiz çatal isterisiniz yüzünüze bakmazlar değişik bir deneyim oldu sürekli bodrum bölgesinde tatil yaparız ama . Çocuk için kaydıraklı havuz var ama otelin CEO su sanırım cankurtaran beyfendi gözlük takıp elinde maşa varmışcasına herkesi sert ters davranıyor düdük öttürerek , yani keyif alamıyorsunuz havuzda çok rahatsız ediciydi uyarılması gerekli tatil dinlenme keyif işin gidilen otelde davranışlar hoş değildi

Stay at bendis was amazing. The beach is a 2 minute walk and has the most beautiful water I’ve seen. The food/entertainment was great, especially the pancakes for breakfast. The staff made my stay extra special and went above and beyond to make sure I had a fantastic stay. Would definitely return. ❤️

Unfortunately they did not change the bed sheets. They did not put clean towels. Every single day we had to call them before we take a shower to remind them we need towels. There is no shampoo, cotton, even just a glass to put our toothbrushes. They did not even clean the floor and sink properly. The base of the beds were really old and yellowish, looked so ugly and dirty. There is a horrible same music going on while you eat plus the air conditioner is not enough at all, you can not bare to sit inside. The way from the hotel to the beach is 3 min walk but full of mud.... The pool was that much warm it felt like a jakuzzi and i am not exaggerating. Such a cute hotel with a bad bad management... If only they can take care of the service......

Ailem ile bir haftalığına tatile geldik genel olarak memnun kaldık yemekler idare ederdi pideleri lezzetliydi Türk mutfağı diğer yemeklere göre daha iyiydi. Alkolleri bira hariç kötüydü fnb departmanı oldukça disiplinli, güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi hepsine çok teşekkür ederim hizmetleri için. Ön büro departmanına da ilgi alakaları için çok teşekkür ediyorum. Oda temizliğine günlük olarak gelen arkadaşa da teşekkür ederim. Animasyon ekibinden Eymen bey ve Beyza hanıma ilgi alakaları için çok teşekkür ederim özellikle Beyza hanımın enerjisi pozitifiliğine hayran kaldık çok iyilerdi.

Our first impression of the hotel was quite terrible. We arrived at 2 am, there were two young men at reception. There were seven of us, so we had booked three rooms but there was a bit of chaos with distribution of the rooms and, moreover, English of the receptionists was very poor. It was quite surprising for us because this is for sure a position, where good knowledge of the foreign language should be required. When we got to the rooms, there were also problem with cards to the room - they did not work, so we could not get to the rooms by ourselves. When we wanted to solve the problem, the only answer we got was "sorry, tomorrow". We solved the problem with cards next morning, but during the stay it happend few more times again. Despite the inconvinience after our arrival, the stay in the hotel was very enjoyable. The food was good (although it could change a little bit more during the week and we missed more kind of fruit). The hotel beach with loungers and beach umbrellas was close to the hotel, the sea was beautiful with clear water, the sand on the beach was quite coarse and the whole beach could be a little bit cleaner. The room service was quite good, sometimes we had to ask for toilet paper and bottles of water. The main thanks belongs to the hotel staff in the restaurant and in the bars (one was by pool and one on the beach) - their services were excellent! They were all very kind, smiling, swift and nothing was problem for them. Overall, the stay in the Bendis Beach Hotel was very nice and we would definitely come back sometimes!

Everything is well organized and taken care of even small details. Can't be better 🙏 Spacial thanks to amazing staff especially Umut and his team was really really helpful and everyone of them amazing, unbelievable. My vacation unforgettable because of their concierge and them . see you next time
